I had the pleasure of having Hitanshi in my team for a six‑month internship, and she quickly became one of the most appreciated members of the group. The team was consistently elogious about her work, and I saw it myself when I asked four interns to organize a workshop for us. Hitanshi immediately stood out: well organized, proactive, full of great suggestions, and clearly the strongest team player of the group. Seeing her potential, we gave her a final challenge: work on an idea that could be used broadly across the organization. She rapidly learned the SAP landscape and SAP internal controls, and delivered an MVP that impressed everyone. Our development team, composed of senior experts who are notoriously hard to impress, was amazed by her ability to grasp a complex topic so quickly and produce such a professional result. Education

Students tutored
Calculus, statistics, linear algebra and discrete math at Drexel’s Math Resource Center, plus 30+ peer study sessions. More than 80% of the students I supported improved by at least one letter grade.
